This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and an electric kettle. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially during my first stay when they were kind to my elderly parents. I highly recommend it for a city trip!

We loved our stay with 7 kids! The room was comfy and the bar was perfect for a cheeky drink after a long day out. Breakfast was just lush, and we strolled to the Pleasure Beach easily. The staff were super helpful throughout our stay.
In my wife’s opinion, the lack of a lift made it a struggle with all the bags.

We stayed in the family suite and it was fantastic! The room had two separate bedrooms, a cozy lounge area with tea and coffee making facilities, and a large bathroom that was always spotless. It was quiet at night, and the owner was exceptionally pleasant and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, served efficiently and included items like fresh fruit and a full English option. The hotel was only a short walk from the sea front and Blackpool Tower, which made exploring super easy.
The floorboards creaked slightly at night.

The mattress was clearly past its prime, allowing me to feel the springs!!! The creaking floorboards were an unwelcome nighttime symphony, making it hard to enjoy a good night’s sleep!!!

The family-run atmosphere offered a welcoming vibe, enhanced by the attentive host who ensured all our needs were met. The room boasted en suite facilities and was well-equipped with tea and coffee supplies. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a fantastic selection, while the location was conveniently close to local attractions. parking felt limited at times, and the absence of a lift made it challenging for those with heavy luggage. Despite these minor setbacks, the overall experience was enjoyable.

Fantastic staff and amazing breakfast
I just had a lovely stay here, with welcoming staff who were super accommodating. The breakfast was a standout, offering everything you could wish for, including a fantastic full English option. I also appreciated the convenient bar area with good drinks and a fun pool table. A slight suggestion for improvement would be to look into the shower maintenance, but overall, this place left a great impression!
