This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and an electric kettle. The staff were helpful, especially during my first stay when they were kind to my elderly parents. I highly recommend it for a city trip!

The staff were very friendly. The dining room and bar were good as was the breakfast. Overall represented good value for money; would go back.
The Room was a little cramped, particularly the bathroom and shower, but clean.

Marvellous breakfasts, the stay was very comfortable!
The hotel was top-class and the location was good and absolutely perfect not far from local bars, the tower and Winter Gardens, Tower, shopping. The staff was outstandingly accommodating in all services. I thoroughly enjoyed the beach restaurant.

We stayed in the family suite and it was fantastic! The room had two separate bedrooms, a cozy lounge area with tea and coffee making facilities, and a large bathroom that was always super clean. It was quiet at night, and the owner was pleasant and helpful, we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, served efficiently and included items like fresh fruit and a full English option. The hotel was only a short walk from the sea front and Blackpool Tower, made exploring super easy.
The floorboards creaked slightly at night.

Easy access to all local facilities, very secure and parking available. Breakfast very good.
Bit dated, requires modernisation and a good lick of paint! Shower not powerful enough and lighting not adequate in the room.

The mattress was clearly past its prime, allowing me to feel the springs!!! The creaking floorboards were an unwelcome nighttime symphony!!!

On arrival we were greeted by Alan,, very nice pleasant and cheerful man,, it was convenient and near to the town, there was parking to the front which was a god send, we cant wait to go back... We thoroughly enjoyed our stay,,, and planning to go back...x
Only disapointment was that the bar was closed by 11.30 pm,, so after being out for the evening it would have been nice to sit and chat to the other residents with a drink.. We had to sit outside,,.,xx
